Job Description

 

• Supervise site technical works and ensure works are done according to construction drawings.

 

• Plan, implement and monitor the entire construction process.

 

• Direct supervision of the works, liase with all sub-contractors on work arrangements in accordance with the programme.

 

• Perform any other project duties as assigned by superior.

 

• Work closely with consultants, architect, sub-contractors to provide planning and supervision assistance.

 

• Solve site issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

 

• Provide regular reporting on site activities.

 

• Monitor and maintain proper work program and controls records.

 

Requirements

 

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

 

• At least 2 - 3 years experience in the construction industry.

 

• With knowledge of construction site management and leadership skills.

 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

 

• Computer litrate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
