Job Description
-
Preperation of budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.
-
Attend to tender procedures and prepare tender documents.
-
Prepare award of contracts, check contract documents and to recommend contractor's valuations.
-
To assist in the project team on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS.
-
Attend progress meetings and provide updates to clients with projection of costs as required.
-
Liase with contractors to advise on requirement of contracts.
-
Prepare/check payment certificates and finalize final account of projects.
Requirements
-
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying.
-
At least 2 years relevant working experience.

Knowledge of construction methods, costing summary and materials budget handling skills.
-
Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-
Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
-
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
