Job Description

Responsible for planning, execution and management of projects.

Provide timely reports and feedback to management.
-
Able to manage multi-diciplinary works within the project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality implementation.

Co-ordinate activities of site personnel to ensure project's project based on specifications, schedule and within prescribed budget and in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.

Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites, lead and liase with site personnel and sub-contractors to resolve site issues.
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 6-8 years of working experience preferably in a similiar position with exposure to high-rise projects.

Able to manage multi tasks within a project including site organization/planning/execution/monitoring, safety and quality implementation.
-
Good communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
-
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
