Job Description

 

  • Generate construction planning activities from tender stage to construction implementation and completion.

 

  • Ensure construction processes and work methodologies are continuously monitored and implemented as scheduled through close co-ordination with the project team.

 

  • Provide alternative planning concepts for feasibility and/or buildability of projects.

 

  • Ensure accurate scheduling reports are generated through standard planning procedures.

 

  • Ensure all planing aspects meet the requirements in the Company Quality and Safety Management System.

 

  • To provide progress report for monthly management meetings and client & consultant meetings.

 

Requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering, Contruction Management and relevant disciplines.

 

  • At least 2 years working experience in planning and project scheduling in construction industry.

 

  • Knowledge in establishing construction planning system, procedure and implementation.

 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

  • Proficient in Primavera, MS Project or other relevant applications is essential.
