Mr Cheah Ham Cheia, our Managing Director an engineer by profession with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. Mr Cheah is a recognized veteran contractor with over 30 years of hands-on experience in managing design and construction of various mega award-winning projects in high rise buildings, infrastructure work, construction of jetties, factories, water-treatment plants and fertilizer plants.

Mr Cheah's construction experience accolades ganered from various multi million projects in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Singapore during his tenure with a leading international construction firm, Mitsui Construction Co. Ltd.

He joined Putra Perdana Construction Sdn. Bhd. in 1994 and appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer for Putrajaya Perdana Berhad Group of Companies in May 2011. During his 19 year tenure with the group, Cheah has successfully managed and delivered among others, the following iconic buildings:-
